Leonardo da Vinci – Mobility 

Exchange stays- MOBILITY Project  

As part of the Leonardo da Vinci exchange study program, on 5 March 2012, we welcomed two Latvian teachers – Dzintarsa Krūmiņš and Indulisa Gailāns, who came to know our school, to improve and to draw inspiration in animation.

During their two-week stay, students and teachers of our school paid attention to them  – Mgr. Eduard Sádovský, PhD., Mgr. Miroslav Struhár, Mgr. Ján Baláž, Ing. Karol Holubčík, Mgr. Jozef Zajac, Mgr. art. Matej Vakula. Their stay at our school contributed to establishing closer mutual cooperation, especially in the framework of the International Festival of Animated Films of Secondary Schools – ANIMOFEST 2012, which they are planning to apply for.

 On March 15, 2012,  two students, Kristjan Kalde and Jevgenia Zherebtsova, from our partner school, the  Art School  in Tartu, Estonia arrived for a month study stay. They will broaden their knowledge of Classic Animation, Computer Graphics, 3D Max, Digital Photography, Figurative Drawing and Modeling during the study stay. At the same time, they will learn about the training in Animation, Graphic Design and Photographic Design in an international context.

Young People in Art III

 

We continued to organize exchange study stays in the framework of Leonardo da Vinci program (Young People in Art III. Project) in the school year 2010/2011.  For this year we have established cooperation with other schools in Finland and Estonia to improve and extend the project.

Length of stay: 4 weeks

Output: International Europass-Mobility Certificate

               recognition of compulsory practice

Services covered by the grant: air transport, accommodation, food, insurance, pocket money, language training

Term of internship: 17 April – 14 May 2011

As part of the Leonardo da Vinci exchange study projects, we welcomed Eija Petterberg and Elsa Pehkonen, teachers from Finland, who came to see our school on March 28, 2011. Minna – Maarit Holopainen, who had spent a month study stay in our school,  arrived with them, too.
